I didn't get my confirmation email

Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there, the sign-in screen has a Resend confirmation option. Emails come from noreply@inkbase.ink — adding that address to your contacts helps.

My password reset link says it expired

Reset links can only be used once and expire after a short time. Request a new one from Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen, and use the newest email — older links stop working as soon as you ask for a new one.

I want my account deleted

Email support@inkbase.ink from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We remove the account and the personal data attached to it. See the Privacy Policy for what that covers.

Reporting someone

If someone on Inkbase is behaving abusively or a profile looks fraudulent, email support@inkbase.ink with the username and what you saw.
